Prof. Dr. Abdullah El-Dahshan Participates in the Launch of the “Future Scholars Scholarship” Initiative Prof. Dr. Abdullah El-Dahshan, Chairman of the Board of Trustees, participated in the official ceremony marking the launch of the national initiative to support outstanding university students, the “Future Scholars Scholarship,” held at the Grand Celebration Hall of Cairo University. The event was held under the patronage of Her Excellency Dr. Entissar El-Sisi, Wife of the President of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and in the presence and under the auspices of Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister. The ceremony also witnessed the participation of 20 male and female students from Obour University for Science and Technology, under the supervision of Mr. Mostafa El-Balasy, Director of Student Affairs at the University, reflecting the university’s commitment to supporting its distinguished students and enhancing their engagement with national initiatives aimed at empowering youth and investing in human capital. The “Future Scholars Scholarship” initiative is launched through a partnership between the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the Central Bank of Egypt, reflecting the Egyptian state’s strong commitment to supporting higher education and scientific research, empowering outstanding and socially deserving students with fair and equal educational opportunities, and building a generation capable of global competitiveness and contributing to comprehensive national development. The ceremony was attended by senior state officials, university presidents, chairpersons of boards of trustees, banking leaders, representatives of concerned ministries, as well as distinguished professors and students from Egyptian universities. During the event, Dr. Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, emphasized that the “Future Scholars Scholarship” represents a new step toward empowering a generation capable of competing globally. He noted that private and national universities have provided approximately 35,000 full and partial scholarships for outstanding and socially deserving students, in line with the state’s commitment to investing in human capital and promoting equity and equal opportunity
