This system allows students flexibility in planning their academic path according to their capabilities, following the university's regulations and under the guidance of an academic advisor. Students must adhere to the minimum and maximum credit hour limits permitted per semester.

The approved languages of instruction for faculty courses are English, Arabic, or any other language, depending on the course requirements. Examinations are conducted in the same language as the course instruction.
