OUST accepts student transfers from recognized public, private, and international colleges and institutes accredited by the Supreme Council of Universities. 

Transfers are allowed only to the second level and in similar specializations, following the necessary course equivalency procedures and in accordance with the conditions set by the Ministry of Higher Education, the Council of Private and National Universities, and the University Board of Trustees.
