Tuition Fees

 

College of Pharmacy 90,000

Refund Policy

(Subject to change in accordance with the rules of the Council of Private Universities)

 

For New Students

 

  1.   The application fee and admission/placement tests already paid are non-refundable.
  2. Withdrawal before the start of the semester: 10% deduction from the fees (paid/due).

  3. Withdrawal during the first month of the semester: 50% deduction from the fees (paid/due).

  4. Withdrawal after the first month of the semester: 100% deduction from the fees (paid/due).

 

    For Continuing Students

  1.   Withdrawal during the first week of academic registration: 10% deduction from the fees (paid/due).
  2. Withdrawal during the first month of the semester: 50% deduction from the fees (paid/due).

  3. Withdrawal after the first month of study: 100% deduction from the fees (paid/due).

 

  General Financial Rules (All Students)

 

  1. When withdrawing the student file from the University, the student must return the University Student ID card; otherwise a fine of EGP 1,000 is charged.

  2. For new students requesting a study suspension with an acceptable excuse, the full tuition for the first academic year must be paid.

  3. Students admitted to military colleges may receive a 50% refund of paid tuition, provided they submit the original proof of enrollment in the military college and a copy of the college ID card.

  4. Transportation (bus) fees are paid in full after paying tuition and are subject to the refund rules stated above.

  5. A cheque for the refunded amount is issued within two weeks from the date of submitting the refund request, made out to the legal guardian.

  6. Tuition is subject to annual increases as approved by the University Board of Trustees.

  7. The University does not maintain any electronic wallets for receiving transfers (e.g., InstaPay, Vodafone Cash, Orange Cash, etc.).

  8. Administrative fees and Higher Education Funds are paid together with tuition and are non-refundable.

  9. Internship/Housemanship year fees are charged as tuition for a full academic year, as this year is mandatory at the University.

  10. In the event of any damage or harm caused to University property, financial penalties are deducted from the tuition balance, and the student must complete payment of tuition after deducting such penalties.
