New International Partnership: OUST & Xiangtan University Join Forces! We are thrilled to announce a significant step towards global academic excellence! The Faculty of Business and Entrepreneurship at Obour University for Science & Technology (OUST) has officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the School of Public Administration at Xiangtan University, China. Highlights of this strategic collaboration include: Opportunities for the exchange of students, faculty, researchers, and administrative staff between Egypt and China. Exchange of academic materials and information of mutual interest. Providing orientation and briefing services for visitors from both Universities. This agreement, signed on December 16, 2025, establishes a 5-year framework for cooperation to promote friendship and mutual benefit. The signing was attended by Eng.
