Obour University for Science and Technology (OUST) and the National Water Research Center (NWRC) are pleased to announce the signing of a Cooperation Protocol aimed at strengthening collaboration in the research, academic, training, and professional fields. The protocol was signed by: – Prof. Abdullah Eldahshan Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Obour University for Science and Technology – Prof. Sherif Mohamady President of the National Water Research Center The protocol was signed on Monday, December 8, 2025, and the cooperation will extend for three years, starting from January 1, 2026, until December 31, 2028. Objectives and Areas of Cooperation: Supporting scientific research and postgraduate studies through joint supervision of Master's and PhD theses, facilitating research activities, and preparing joint research proposals with national impact. Exchanging expertise and forming joint research teams to implement projects that serve the community and support the national economy. Capacity building through organizing joint training courses, workshops, and seminars, in addition to exchanging faculty members and researchers between both institutions. Exchanging knowledge and scientific resources, including journals and publications, providing access to library resources, and utilizing computational models within the legal framework. This partnership reflects the shared commitment of both institutions to serving society, developing human capabilities, and contributing to comprehensive and sustainable development.
